How Many Ad Campaigns Is Enough?

Savvy pay per click advertisers know that the best way to run an ad campaign is with tight keyword groups. But how many campaigns should you run at one time?

There is no real answer to this question. You can have as many PPC campaigns as necessary to push your product. Perhaps the best way to manage your multiple campaigns is to take all the keywords that are important to you and to group them together and separate your groups. Some groups will be better optimized than others and more relevant. I’d focus on those first.

Once you’ve got your ad groups together and you are ready to start promoting your landing pages, pair your ad groups together with the appropriate landing page. Next, write the ad content for each of your keyword groups. You’ll want to keep a close eye on them, especially for the first few days, because you want to optimize them and keep your quality score high so that your minimum keyword bids get low. But there really is no limit to the number of ad campaigns you can run at once.
