Pay Per Click Journal

Are You Analyzing Your Stats?

I’ve seen a few new pay per click advertisers try to manage their campaigns without reviewing their stats. You really can’t do that. Stats are some of the most important information concerning your advertising campaigns. You should be looking at them every day.

Stats you should analyze include:

  • Click throughs
  • CPC – Cost per click
  • Conversions
  • Avg. Position
  • Avg. CPC
  • Cost per conversion

By looking at these stats every day you can have the information you need to manage your campaigns effectively. With the right information you can turn a negative campaign around or increase the benefits you are receiving from the positive campaigns you have running. Analyze your stats every day. Otherwise, you may end up losing more than your shirt.
