Google AdWords, MSN adCenter Differences In Analytics

One of the reasons I prefer Google AdWords pay per click over MSN adCenter is the analytics package. With MSN adCenter, you are required to insert code onto your landing page that causes a link to appear on your pages. The link is the MSN adCenter privacy policy and the link allows your site visitors to read the privacy policy at a glance. I prefer Google AdWords because you don’t have to include a link on your page at all.

I’m not opposed to a privacy policy. I think that is necessary. But I’d prefer to post my own privacy policy than to provide a link to another privacy policy. It looks more professional and it’s cleaner for the visitor.

While the MSN adCenter link on your landing page opens up a separate window for the MSN adCenter privacy policy, I still don’t like the link being there. But if you’re cool with it and MSN adCenter provides the level of service that you are looking for a pay per click advertising company then more power to you.

Uh, the same problem exists with Google Adwords and I’m completely against it.
