Google Conversion Optimizer Is Now Available To More Advertisers




I blinked and Google AdWords pay per click advertising network changed a policy. Three days ago they announced that Google Conversion Optimizer has lowered its qualification from 50 conversions in the previous month to 30 conversions. So if you were disappointed that you couldn’t use the tool because your conversions weren’t high enough, now’s the time to double check and make sure that you aren’t shut out completely. All you need is 30 conversions from the previous month and you too can use the tool. You also have to be using the free Google AdWords Conversion Tracking tool.

What is Conversion Optimizer? It’s a free tool that allows you to automate your bid management rather than manually change your bids up and down every time you want to save on your budget or increase conversions. You choose a maximum CPA – cost per acquisition – and the Conversion Optimizer will calculate your optimal cost per click based on your ad campaign’s history. It’s designed to save you time and money.

Understand that Conversion Optimizer is not a panacea for all of your advertising ills. It won’t solve every problem and you still need to monitor your budget. Nevertheless, here’s an opportunity that is open to more pay per click advertisers.
