I have been working in the PPC industry for over 6 years and I have tested each of the "2nd and 3rd tier" PPC search engines and have found minimal positive results. Keep your budget and efforts on the top 3 (google, msn, yahoo). You may find 1-2 months of positive results from these smaller search engines but the inevitable fact is that the top 3 will consistently return a positive ROI, will garner 80% of your traffic and you will experience lower fraudulent traffic.
