How Often Do You Review Ad Campaigns?

Writing by Pay Per Click Journal on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 Comments Off

How often do you review your pay per click ad campaigns? It should be every day. In fact, you should look at your AdWords account, or Yahoo! or MSN, at least once a day and if you can then you should log in and check it twice a day.

Managing pay per click campaigns the right way is time consuming. I would not run a campaign if I was not constantly checking my ad groups to see if I can improve them. It’s a continuous process and requires constant monitoring.

In addition to taking a look at your ad campaigns every day, you should also review your overall pay per click advertising strategy monthly. You might find ways to improve your campaigns by checking them all once a month to see where the most improvements can occur and implementing those right away. Constant review is the key to winning at advertising in the major search engines.
