Are Your Testimonials Up-To-Date?

You know how important landing page testimonials are, but when is the last time you updated them? You should update your testimonials about once a year at least. Twice a year is even better. The more current your testimonials, the more effective they are in getting the results you want.

Testimonials work for one simple reason: Someone else is saying how great you are, not you tooting your own horn. That makes a big difference. But it works even better if the testimonials are recent and not two years old.

And while I’m on the “update your landing page” kick, you might as well update your copyright too. It’s 2009. We’re not in 2008 any more, Toto.

OK, a little bit snarky, but updates to your landing page from time to time are just as important as building your landing page to start with.
